If you arrive 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time, you will not be called immediately upon arrival until after approximately 3 patients depending on the daily patient load.

At MyCare we accept payment methods which include cash, and contactless payments (including debit/ credit cards, QR code).

Our staff are well-conversed in Mandarin and English. There are also staff who can converse Malay and other dialects to assist with your needs.

Generally our last registration is 15 minutes before closing time, however earlier closure may take place depending on the daily patient load.
